Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility. 

2. Shipping to Canada

   • Carrier: We use GLS / Fleet Optics / Canada Post / Intelcom / UPS. 

   • Estimated Time:

     • Ontario/Quebec: 1-3 Business Days.

     • Rest of Canada: 5-7 Business Days.

3. Shipping to USA

   • Carrier: We ship with USPS / PostNL International.

   • No Hidden Fees: Orders under $800 USD typically ship duty-free to the USA. [Updated] as of September 2025 US De Minimis threshold has ended and tariffs apply and is calculated at the checkout page

   • Estimated Time: 4-8 Business Days. [Updated] as of September 2025 shipping times are now 10-15 days.
