I had a positive experience with FragBar overall, primarily because of their outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, my first shipment arrived broken. I reached out to them, and they immediately sent a replacement with no questions asked. The replacement arrived quickly in a beautiful bottle that felt like a thoughtful upgrade.
As for the Bronze Tonka clone itself, I’d rate it as average. It’s a pleasant fragrance, but the blending isn’t as smooth or refined as I’d hoped. There are other tobacco fragrances—and even other Bronze Tonka-inspired scents—that I find more complex and better executed. It isn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t particularly stand out to me.
That said, I believe a company’s character is revealed when something goes wrong, and FragBar handled the situation exceptionally well. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right have left me with a very favorable impression of the company. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another try in the future.
