• Rose: The fragrance is built around an "overdose" of Rose Centifolia Absolute (extracted from flowers grown on the perfumer's own organic farm), creating a rich, vegetable, and honeyed floral heart that feels oily and dense.

• Spicy: It opens with a bright, metallic kick of Saffron and Jamaica Pepper (Allspice), which cuts through the sweetness of the flower and adds a dry, leathery edge.

• Dark: The base is anchored by earthy Patchouli and sticky Labdanum, which darkens the rose significantly, turning it into a unisex, "gothic," and shadowy scent rather than a powdery cosmetic one.
