Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for used or opened bottles. Once a perfume bottle leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its purity or safety if it is returned. Therefore, for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are considered final.

2. "I Don't Like The Scent" We understand that scent is subjective. What smells amazing to one person might not suit another. However, we cannot accept returns simply because you dislike the fragrance. Our Recommendation: We strongly suggest purchasing a Sample Pack or visiting our Mississauga showroom to test the scent before committing to a full-size bottle.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items While we pack every order with care, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • How to claim: Please email us at hello@fragbar.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • What to include: Your Order Number and a Photo of the damaged product.

  • Resolution: We will send a replacement free of charge.

4. Cancellations Need to cancel an order? You must contact us before you receive your "Shipping Confirmation" email. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, we cannot cancel the order.
